Residential Land and Lots

North Meadow also offers a number of building lots for single family housing. All have city streets, sewer, water, storm sewer, and street lighting provided. The city has waived tap fees to all residential lots.

Nature Preserve

An area at the end of North Meadow Estates has been deed restricted to be maintained as a "Nature Preserve". This area adjoins a large Oaklawn wetland allowing wildlife to inhabit the area. The preserve contains many native trees and plants that attract birds and animals. Six home sites share access to this preserve while it adds ambiance to the entire development. SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOTS

Lots are available for custom built homes by North Meadow Homebuilders. Covenants and Restrictions (see following) are in place to preserve the pleasant nature of this subdivision.
